About the warranty extension

A voluntary service.: BIG MAX offers the extended warranty on top of your legal rights. Nobody is obliged to take it.
Offered in exchange for a bit of information about yourself and opt-in marketing.: We ask a few questions about you and your game. If you would rather not share them, you can extend your warranty with a payment instead.
We are a family business.: Your information stays with us. We never sell it or pass it on for anyone else's purposes, and we use it internally for product development — our dream is to perfect our products for the people who play with them.

Your legal warranty is not affected. The statutory warranty that applies in your country stays exactly as it is, whichever option you choose, and nothing on this page limits it.
